OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To recruit, advise and serve as zealous, responsible advocates for all client athletes across all professional sports and covering all potential scenarios which might confront todays professional athlete, including but not limited to: contract/endorsement negotiation, strategic marketing, media/public relations, charitable works, legal advisement, career longevity and post-competition life planning. |

 As a young attorney, Doug realized that the most productive negotiations are those born out of cooperation and communication rather than table-pounding threats and ultimatums--a mantra he carried into the formulation of DLE.
Today, whether in the process of team/sponsor negotiation or the alignment of national media and public relationships junkets, DLE focuses on relationship-building as a means of defraying the adversarial process typically associated with the zealous representation of client athletes. The results speak for themselves and DLE has become one of the fastest growing sports agencies in the United States.
Whether individual or team sports, in the US, Europe, Africa or elsewhere, DLE has the training, ability, and commitment necessary to match the tireless efforts in training and competition of our client-athletes.
